Contactless Check-in Instructions

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 3PM

Our check-in window at Riversong Inn Retreat is from 3 to 5pm if you are wanting an Innkeeper to assist. If you are arriving later than this window of time or you would prefer to be unaccompanied, then you will complete a contactless check in by following the instructions below:

Arrival Instructions

When you arrive at the end of the road, please drive straight through the blue wooden archway. It should be wrapped in string lights by nightfall, so you’ll be sure to see it! The attached property map notates your parking spot and the entrance to the room you have reserved.

Please see your email confirmations as a reminder of the room you have reserved.

If you are having issues with the QR check-in code it is probably that you are using a different number than what you booked with.

Inside your room we will leave your room key and a leather envelope. This packet contains the following:

• WiFi Network: Riversong-5G Guest

• WiFi Password: Romantic

• a Buffet Breakfast is served from 8:00-9:30am in the main lodge with the Welcome Sign.

• The code to enter the main lodge is to hit the 5th button from the top, then 4th button from the top, then turn the lock to the RIGHT.

• Please note that we have a Guest Services room on the property. It is located directly across from the main house front door. It has a blue door with a red heart and it is labeled “Guest Services”. There is no lock on this door, so you don’t need a combination to enter, though please note that the door should be closed securely to ensure no wildlife can enter.

• Inside the Guest Services room there is a large refrigerator full of complimentary bottled water. You are welcome to keep your personal food in this refrigerator, too, if you would like. The Guest Services room also has an ice machine, a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and a microwave available for your use.

• EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS INNKEEPER PHONE: 970-586-3223.  We have two on-site innkeepers that live on the property in two separate units to the left around the corner of Guest Services.  You may always knock on their door in the event of an emergency.
