How can I rent out the full property for a large wedding?

How many guests can you accommodate?
If you are choosing to do a full property reservation, we have a 26 acre property that can easily accommodate up to 200 people. If you are wanting to do a wedding while the RiverSong Inn is also serving other guests then the max guest count is 20.
Do you have a wedding coordinator who can help us plan?
We do! Our wedding team will work with you from the start and serve as your single point of contact throughout the process.
Can we tour the property throughout the planning process?
Please do. We invite you to take a look at our streamside wedding patio as well as the rest of our property to get a feel for our Colorado mountain wedding venue.
Do you have an officiant on-site?
We do have an officiant on-site who will be delighted to be a part of your day. Please note that you can add officiant services under “Wedding Extras”
Do you provide a photographer?

What happens if the weather is bad?
We have alternative ceremony locations available for weddings under 20, including a gazebo and our inn lodge, to make sure your day can move forward without a hitch. If you are renting out the full property for bigger weddings, we recommend renting a tent with sides that can be pulled down in the event of inclement weather.
Can our pet be a part of the ceremony?
Absolutely. We know pets are members of the family, and we welcome them on our property as a part of your wedding ceremony. However, animals are not allowed inside our buildings to protect our guests that may have allergies.
Are children allowed at Romantic RiverSong Inn?
Yes. Children are allowed on-site during the ceremony and reception, as well as at the signing of the wedding license in the inn dining room.
If you are choosing to rent out the full property you may have guests stay on-site in our accommodations. Otherwise, our inn is for adults only in order to ensure a tranquil, intimate atmosphere.
Do you host wedding receptions?

Can we stay at the bed & breakfast before and/or after our ceremony?
Yes! You are welcome to book out a room so that you can continue to enjoy the beauty of our Estes Park property. We also have an ALL-INN Package where the entire Inn can be rented out. Or, book a longer stay and enjoy your honeymoon in the Rockies.

What is your policy on same-sex weddings?
We are proud and delighted to provide our services to same sex couples and partnerships, and we welcome all couples regardless of race, religion, or gender.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations prior to 45 days will be refunded 50 percent. Unfortunately, we cannot offer cancellations within 45 days of your scheduled date.
How do we get a marraige license?
We are located in Larimer County and the clerk and recorder link is HERE.
Can I book the wedding date now and add add-ons later?

Yes, you can bring any external vendors onto the property during your time slot.
Do we have to book a room to have our wedding ceremony on the RiverSong property?
No, though we would love to host your stay, it is not a requirement to book a guest room on the property unless you are doing a full property reservation for a wedding party of 20 guests or more.
How do a rent a tent?
Tent rental will be a 3rd party vendor, and we are working to find reliable vendors to put on our website. But as of now, we are not listing that in our Extras online. If that is something you’re looking to secure now, I would recommend getting in touch with a party rental company.
What if there is inclement weather?
We are currently planning to get structures in place, and they *should* be totally built in by 2026. If those aren’t fully constructed by the time of your wedding, we will designate the main lodge for your ceremony/reception.
What if I want a bathroom trailer?
Bathroom trailers are totally fine if you feel you will need one! We would ask that the trailer be located near the wedding guest parking area, which I don’t believe you saw during the tour. If you can remember the walk to WoodNymph, and how we had to first walk up the gravel covered hill before turning onto the boardwalk to reach the Mountain House, there was a structure made of tree stumps. Near that structure is the wedding guest parking area and there is ample space to fit a trailer.

This is one of those rare hotels where you want to ask, “can I just live here?” Such a beautiful property and fantastic staff. This place is a nature lover’s dream, right on the river, ten minutes from the entrance to RMNP, incredibly relaxing, and we were treated to views of the elk and baby elk as they wandered on the property. The breakfast was very tasty and filling and they have a to-go option for early hikers. I don’t think I can ever stay anywhere else in the Estes area again.

Fantastic! Our second visit, and everything was absolutely on-point, even during these “interesting” times when modifications must be made to the experience. We will be back, and we’ve already reserved for a mini-honeymoon for some friends… a GREAT gift for the newlyweds that they already greatly appreciate. Thanks Team!

This is our second visit (see 2018) review. This time we chose Meadow Bright–such fun, giant whirlpool tub with fire place. Bathroom has door!! Beautiful architecture with one log cabin wall and 4 poster bed (no dust gathering canopy). You are truly separated from others, lovely deck, second room for reading and whirlpool tub and spacious deck. Breakfast is delivered by a masked staff person…
