Our weddings are limited to the couple and 18 other guests to ensure a truly intimate experience. Some packages include guests, while others allow for up to 18 guests for $60 each.
We do! Our resident wedding coordinator will work with you from the start and serve as your single point of contact throughout the process.

We do have an officiant on-site who will be delighted to be a part of your day. You are also welcome to have your own officiant.
You are responsible for hiring a photographer for your big day. We can provide you with a list of some local photographers.
We have alternative ceremony locations available, including a gazebo and our inn lodge, to make sure your day can move forward without a hitch.
Absolutely. We know pets are members of the family, and we welcome them on our property as a part of your wedding ceremony. However, animals are not allowed in our accommodations.
Children are allowed during the ceremony under adult supervision, as well as at the signing of the wedding license in the inn dining room. Otherwise, however, our inn is for adults only in order to ensure a tranquil, intimate atmosphere.
We cannot accommodate catering, DJs or receptions.
Yes! Check out our wedding packages to include a two-night stay with your ceremony, so you can continue to enjoy the beauty of our Estes Park property. We also have an ALL-INN Package where the entire Inn can be rented out. Or, book a longer stay and enjoy your honeymoon in the Rockies.
