Designed for weddings of more than 20-40 guests (up to 200), a buy-out ensures total privacy for your celebration while creating a destination-style gathering where family and friends can stay together, relax, and celebrate your love in the heart of Estes Park.
For couples dreaming of a true mountain retreat experience, our Full Property Wedding Package offers exclusive access to all 26 acres of Riversong Inn Retreat. This buy-out includes the entire inn with 10 guest rooms and 4 private houses, gourmet breakfast service for overnight guests, use of the dining room, common areas, and commercial kitchen, plus full access to our riverside, meadow, and woodland ceremony and reception sites.
If you would like to do a buy out of the property AND host your wedding at Riversong then you can select your options online:
1. Choose your Buy Out ‘Retreat’ Option: The Escape, The Journey, or The Sanctuary. *Note that the Ceremony Site & Package is included in your buy-out!*
2. If you would like to add a wedding package, there is a discounted rate for choosing either the Celebration Package or the Reception Package as seen below.
3. If you are hosting an event with more than 40 guests then you will need to work with an external party rental company for additional chairs, tables, catering company, cake and additional restroom facilities.
Note that the options described in these packages are only for guests (up to 20) that are staying on site at the Inn. You can definitely use the catered dinner for a “rehearsal dinner” if you choose for the individuals that are staying on site.
