We have a two-night minimum stay for reservations year-round. One-night stays are allowed depending on availability and time of year.
Weather and traffic patterns change daily in Estes Park and Colorado – we suggest using www.COtrip.org to better organize your travels.
Because we pride ourselves on our wonderfully quiet and romantic atmosphere, our rooms accommodate no more than two people.
Our inn is not suitable for, and does not accommodate babies or children under the age of 18.
A full (100%) deposit is required at the time of booking.
Pets are not allowed.
Any cancellation must be made by phone.
We take great pride in the breakfasts we serve so please make our staff aware of any food allergies prior to your check-in. While we do our absolute best to accommodate all dietary needs, we are not always able to accommodate diet preferences due to availability and number of reservations.
For reservations of 1 or 2 rooms: Notice of cancellation must be made by phone at least 21 days before arrival (31 days for holidays) for a full refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. If canceled less than 21 days before arrival (31 days for holidays), guests are responsible for full payment of their reservation.
For reservations of 3 rooms or more: Notice of cancellation must be made by phone 45 days before arrival for a 50% refund. If canceled less than 45 days before arrival (31 days for holidays), guests are responsible for full payment of their reservation.
Massages, add-ons and packages must be canceled by phone 48 hours before arrival.
Reservations paid with a gift certificate from Romantic RiverSong Inn or a third party must be disclosed at the time of booking.
No other discounts or promotions can be applied when using a third-party gift certificate (E.g. BedAndBreakfast.com). We do not accept BnBFinder Gift Cards.
Check-In is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please call us if you will be checking in later than 6:00 PM – and we can provide an unaccompanied check-in via email.
Check-Out is before 11:00 AM.
Romantic RiverSong Inn is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any tobacco, marijuana, or e-cigarette products is permitted anywhere on our 26 acres, including inside your room or any common area.
Firearms or any other weapons are strictly prohibited.
Please do not bring or use any candles or wax to protect against damage to the rooms. We provide flameless candles in our rooms, and guests are allowed to bring their own flameless candles as well.

☺This is a beautiful place. Our room was clean and had so much detail. The grounds are beautiful with a river flowing through it. The staff was friendly and attended our every need. We loved Riversong ❤️ We stayed in Cowboys Delight and it was perfect 🤠 The bed was super comfy and the tub was a real treat after a long hike in the Rockies. The deck was a lovely place to relax in the late afternoon sun and we enjoyed the 7 Benches Trail! We were lucky enough to find a handsome elk relaxing on the other side of the river, a real treat! Last but not least the breakfast - it was delicious and the selection of sweet and savoury was perfect! Thanks to the whole team at Riversong for a wonderful stay and Nathan in particular for the driving tip, the old trail was a great experience. ☺Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilitiesPosted on Hotels.com
